An Unforgettable Day at the Public Library: Advanced Level Students Seminar on 9th January 2025
The “Advanced Level Students Seminar” concluded on a high note! It was a remarkable event, with participants joining online from across the country and a large number of students attending in person.
The seminar began with an inspiring address by Professor Gunapala Nanayakkara, who shared his past experiences and provided valuable advice on how students should focus on their career pathways with a clear vision to achieve their future goals.
Next, Ms. Rajindra shared her personal journey of learning the English language. She emphasized the importance of seizing the opportunity to join the free English program offered by AIBT Campus, available to students who register for the Higher International Diplomas at AIBT Campus.
The most anticipated session was presented by Mr. Dilan Perera from HCL Tech. He enlightened the students about job opportunities available after successfully completing undergraduate programs at AIBT Campus. Additionally, he shared valuable insights for personal development and future career pathways.
The seminar also featured Mr. Christopher Tharaka, who inspired students by emphasizing the importance of having a “Vision for Life.”
The event concluded with an engaging ICT Quiz conducted by our staff member, Ms. Janani. To wrap up, Mr. Shane addressed the audience about study abroad programs, highlighting pathways offered by Swansea University (Wales, UK), La Trobe University (Australia), and the Australian Institute of Business and Technology (Sydney, Australia).
